Refund and Return Policy – Dumbbells to Treadmills
At Dumbbells to Treadmills, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward and hassle-free return and refund process to make it right.
1. Return Eligibility
You can return most items under the following conditions:
Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 30 days of the purchase date.
Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and original packaging.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required.
Special Note: If your product is delivered and you do not like it, you may request a money-back refund after 7 days from the delivery date.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Gift cards
Downloadable software or digital products
Items marked as final sale or clearance
Custom or personalized items
3. How to Return an Item
Step 1: Contact Us
Email our customer support team at info@dumbbellstreadmills.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Step 2: Return Authorization
Once approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.
Step 3: Ship the Item
Package the item securely, include the RMA number, and ship it to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you with approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Partial Refunds may apply if:
Items are returned damaged or missing parts (not due to our error)
Items are returned after the 30-day return period
5. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, contact info@dumbbellstreadmills.com for instructions.
6. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.
If a prepaid shipping label is provided, its cost may be deducted from your refund.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email info@dumbbellstreadmills.com with your order number and photos. We will issue a refund or replacement at no extra cost.
